No more drilling through layers to get to what you need. Pin your active projects, frequently used boards, or anything you want to keep within reach. The pin menu is always available, wherever you are in the hierarchy.

Bring related items together from anywhere in your structure. Links let you reference items from other parts of your hierarchy, so you can gather the things you are working on into one place.

This means you can have items organised where they logically belong in your hierarchy, but still pull them together when you need to work on them side by side. Your structure stays clean while your workflow stays flexible.

Switch between two views with a single click or press. Kanban mode gives you the visual board layout with lists and draggable cards. Write mode lets you focus on notes and content.

Both views work on the same structure, so you can organise your tasks on the board and then flip to Write mode to concentrate on writing – or the other way around. No context switching, no separate tools.

Use tags to bookmark important items and search within your notes. Create as many as you need and apply multiple tags to a single item to categorise it across different dimensions.

Create custom data templates with typed fields: text, number, date, boolean, multi-select, and schedules.

Attach a template to any level of the hierarchy and it is automatically inherited by all children. This means you can define a set of custom fields at a project level and every item underneath gets those fields.

It is like having custom fields that flow through your entire structure, adapting to whatever you are tracking.

Share items with other InfiniKan users. Send a share invitation, and the recipient can accept or decline. Shared items sync automatically between users.

Collaboration works at any level of the hierarchy, so you can share a single card, a board, or an entire project tree.

You can also share content from other apps into InfiniKan – attach it to an existing item or create a new one directly from the share sheet.

Settings in InfiniKan are per-item and inherit down the hierarchy. Configure editor preferences and other settings at the levels where they make sense, and child items inherit them automatically.

Override settings at any point in the tree to customise behaviour for a specific branch of your structure.

Seven built-in colour themes to choose from: Standard, Autumn, Forest, Neon, Gris, Green Screen, and Mad. Each theme also supports light and dark mode.

A compact mode is available for higher information density when you want to see more items at a glance.

A full native iPhone and iPad app that works completely offline. All your data is stored on-device so there is no connection required.

When you are back online, your changes sync automatically with the server. The mobile app also includes features the web app does not have: a built-in document scanner and audio recording for capturing voice notes.

Turn any list into a checklist. Check off items as you complete them – checked items automatically move to the Done list or drop to the bottom, keeping your active work at the top.

Uncheck an item and it moves back. For tasks you do regularly, InfiniKan tracks when you last checked off an item and how many times it has been completed. A simple way to track progress without dragging cards around.

Secure authentication with two-factor authentication available via email, a standard authenticator app, or both for an additional layer of account security.

New accounts go through an email verification flow before access is granted.
